Automated Cow-Dung Detection & Collection Robot · 2024. Manual cow dung collection is slow, unhygienic and a health hazard for farm workers. This study addresses those concerns with a robot that combines AI, machine learning and robotics into an efficient, safe and cost-effective alternative, using the YOLOv8 deep learning model for real-time detection of cow dung with an accuracy of 85%. Real-Time EMF Monitoring
Wireless EMF Measurement on Dairy Farms · 2025. This project develops a real-time, wireless EMF measurement device that continuously monitors low- and high-frequency radiation on dairy farms, while simultaneously tracking cows' physiological and behavioural responses — heart rate, cortisol, milk yield and restlessness — to correlate exposure with health. The goal is to inform safer farm infrastructure and protect livestock welfare. The paper, "Development of a Real-Time EMF Monitoring System and its Application in Assessing Electromagnetic Exposure Effects on Animals," has been presented at an International Conference and is to be published in Springer. Industrial Observership at Shyam Dairy
PROCESS ENGINEERING · 2026
Shyam Dairy processes over 6 lakh litres and has supported 20,000+ farmers, producing milk, ghee, SMP and dairy mixes. On the plant floor I observed plate heat exchangers (PHE) used for HTST pasteurisation, and tested milk composition — fat percentage, solids-not-fat, titratable acidity and protein content — running adulteration checks by chemical titration and automated milk analysers.
Internship

Participated in regular code reviews, bug fixing and refactoring of existing modules, and wrote documentation and unit tests to keep code readable and performant. Observed senior software engineers, system architects and project managers to understand how commercial software projects are structured from ideation to production.
